Congratulations America! You dumb shits....

You've fucked the rest of the world for another four years. For christ's sake you dumb motherfuckers, even people as unused to democracy as those in the Ukraine didn't put up with a fixed election. They got up off their asses, got on the street and said “NO! We will not accept this!” And they made it stick.

Here's a big fucking newsflash. The fix was in. It was fixed the minute they picked the voting machines. As a Canadian, I just can't fucking believe that you guys put up with a vote that doesn't produce a verifiable paper trail.

People died to protect your right to vote, and you've just pissed away their blood sacrifice. I wouldn't give a flying fuck, but you've allowed a fascist crew that seems willing to invade anyone or anywhere that has something they want. Living in Canada, that worries me. We have stuff you guys need. Oil, natural gas, hydro power, and water. I have no illusions that your government wouldn't step in militarily if we decided to set our own path.

Nobody is safe because you guys weren't willing to get out on the streets and fight for your right to participate in your own government. “By the people”, my ass. By the stockholders maybe.

You dumb, lazy motherfuckers....

Well just get it off your chest, Monkeyman. LOL Are you sure you're not American?

Not necessarily eloquently-said, but nevertheless true and effective.

“some of us who really aren't accepting this, there's just not enough of us ”.

Accepting is one thing, doing something about it is another. I guess Monkey was pointing out how ppl who are REALLY motivated DO get down in the street, like in Ukraine and Georgia, and DO make a difference.

Yes, hard work, weeks spent in the streets, in sub-zero freezing weather. Ppl who have a real determination for things to change for the better.

It is not democracy "by the people" as much as it is not democracy "for the people"
